2012 is Kylie’s 25th anniversary in the music industry and she has a few ideas up her sleeve to celebrate.

The Abbey Road Sessions

Recorded in late 2011, The Abbey Road sessions is an orchestral reinterpretation of 16 of Kylie’s biggest hits. Preceded by the special new single Flower, The Abey Road Sessions is released on October 29th.

K25 Video Surprises

On the 25th of every month, Kylie releases a new video onto Kylie.com. So far, she has released videos including Finer Feelings (Abbey Road Orchestral Version), On A Night Like This (Abbey Road Orchestral Version) and I Don’t Need Anyone (Anti Tour Rehearsal Video). Fans must tweet to unlock the content via Twitter.

Anti Tour

In March 2012, Kylie announced the Anti Tour (#AntiTour) which toured through Australia and the UK, visiting Melbourne, Sydney, Manchester and London, all at intimate venues. Kylie performed B Sides, Demos and Rarities – often including tracks that she had never been performed before.

Hyde Park 2012

Kylie and Jason have been rumoured to reunite with a duet of Especially For You at a PWL reunion gig in Hyde Park in August. Kylie will also be performing at the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Concert in London in June. Update: The PWL reunion gig has been cancelled and re-schedule for December at the O2 Arena in London.

Kylie will be announcing more surprises through the year, so keep your eyes peeled!
